This large, impressive detached villa is conveniently located on the Aigua Gelida estate, just 700m down the hill to the unspoilt resort of Tamariu with it’s beautiful, picturesque sandy beach, numerous fine restaurants and pleasant walkways.

The Accommodation

The accommodation, which is on one level, comprises of an entrance hallway leading to two double bedrooms, two twin bedrooms, two single bedrooms and two family bathrooms. Three of the bedrooms have direct access to the pool area via patio doors. The large split level living dining room, at one end of the property, has a feature fireplace plus patio doors to the pool area at the front and Barbeque area on the side terrace. There is a large, separate fitted kitchen with breakfast table and a laundry room with a washing machine. The villa is centrally heated and has been furnished and equipped to a good standard making it an ideal choice for a relaxing holiday.

Outdoors

There is a shaded terrace to the front and side of the house, which can be accessed from the lounge and three of the bedrooms. The well kept gardens and lawns surround an 8m x 4m private pool. There is additional shade from trees and hedging insures good privacy. On the side terrace there is a brick built BBQ and patio furniture to enjoy an ‘Alfresco’ dining experience. The villa is particularly suitable for large families or groups who have a sporting interest as there is a full size private tennis court to the rear of the house. In addition, a table tennis table is provided for the less energetic! Off road garage parking is available for up to four cars.
