This large detached villa, set in extensive grounds, is located in the Aigua Gelida estate, just a few minutes walk down the hill to the unspoilt resort of Tamariu with it’s beautiful, picturesque sandy beach and numerous fine restaurants, shops and pleasant walkways.

The Accommodation

The accommodation comprises, on the ground floor, of two double bedrooms, two twin bedrooms, one with pull out third bed and a deluxe marble bathroom having walkin double thermostatic shower, low level bath and a large heated towel rail. On the first floor, the entrance hall gives access to a spacious lounge / dining room, which has a covered terrace off, equipped with brick built barbecue and patio furniture for ‘alfresco’ dining. The fitted kitchen is conveniently located next to the living room and gives access to the garage and laundry area. In addition there is another twin bedroom and family bathroom on this floor. The villa is tastefully furnished and well equipped throughout, making it a very comfortable venue for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday.

Outdoors

Outside, covered and open terraces give access to extensive, well kept mature gardens with lawns and an 8m x 4.5m swimming pool with roman steps, making it ideal for children and the elderly. There is a children’s play area with swings, a shaded parking area and a garage. The villa is totally private and not overlooked in anyway.
