Villa Carmen II

This traditional detached villa is located on the quiet “Punta Lara” urbanisation. It is just a few minutes drive from Nerja town with its many fine restaurants, bars, shops and numerous safe sandy beaches. There are a number of shops and restaurants within walking distance near the marina.

The Accommodation

From the private entrance drive, surrounded by shrubs and trees, there is a parking area for three cars. From here a flight of stairs to the upper level gives access to the accommodation, which is all on this level and comprises of an entrance hall with corridor to large master double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a second double bedroom, two twin bedrooms and a family bathroom. There is a very spacious lounge with open feature fireplace and comfortably easy chairs. There is a large dining room and separate, fully fitted kitchen with all modern appliances and a laundry room outside. Entertainment is provided by English Satellite TV and a music system.

Outdoors

Outside, to the side of the villa at ground level is the 8m x 4m kidney shaped swimming pool, which is gated off and surrounded by pleasant mature gardens. To the rear and side of the villa is a large play area. From here a spiral staircase leads to a large rooftop solarium having breathtaking views across the coast and to the mountain range inland. There is a brick built BBQ with table and chairs for ‘Alfresco’ dining. To the front of the villa there are wonderful uninterrupted sea views from the covered terrace. Off road parking is available. Patio furniture, sun beds and parasols are provided.
