This recently constructed modern detached villa is conveniently located in the Punta Lara residential area close to the new marina. The centre of Nerja is just a few minutes drive away whilst the beach, shops and restaurants near the marina are within easy walking distance.

The Accommodation

At street level, accessed through security gates, there is a drive way and play area leading to a large garage, which has an electrically operated door. Inside is the utility area with a washing machine. The main living area on the first floor can be reached by internal stairs from the garage or external stairs from the street. From the entrance hall there is a guest cloak room, a spacious well furnished lounge / dining room, with feature enclosed fireplace, a separate fitted kitchen, having stainless steel appliances. Stairs from the hall lead to the upper level, having a master double bedroom with en-suite shower room and balcony, two twin bedrooms, and a superb Jacuzzi family bathroom. The modern style villa has been furnished and equipped to a high standard throughout. Entertainment is provided by Satellite TV and a music system. For improved security the villa is fitted with security doors and roller shutters.

Outdoors

Double doors from the living room allow access to the sun terrace and the 5m x 4m swimming pool, with poolside shower. An array of exotic potted plants and shrubs decorate the external areas of the villa. A portable BBQ, patio furniture, sun beds and parasols are provided. Off road and garage parking is available for up to four cars. From the sun terrace there are excellent sea and countryside views towards Nerja town.
