The Accommodation

From the large font door entrance there is a spacious living / dining room, which has comfortable easy chairs, good quality wooden furniture and a large feature open fireplace. Entertainment is provided by Satellite TV and music system. The American style kitchen has fitted units and benefits from a dishwasher, electric oven, hob, microwave, fridge freezer and microwave oven. A separate utility room houses the washing machine. A hallway, with dresser and mirror, leads to one double bedroom, two twin bedrooms and a family bathroom, having a shower unit over the bath.

Outdoors

Outside, there is an extensive sun terrace surrounding the 8m x 4m kidney shaped pool, with poolside shower unit. A unique ‘Alfresco’ dining area has been created with stone table and benches next to a brick built BBQ with Rustic pizza oven and sink unit. To the rear of the villa, there is an additional shower room with adjacent steps leading to a roof top solarium, having sea and coastal views. Patio furniture, sun beds and parasols are provided. The villa is in an enclosed plot with lockable gates. It is in a quiet location offering good privacy. It is not overlooked in anyway.
