This delightful villa is conveniently located within walking distance of the the Burriana beach, in a quiet residential area. There are numerous shops and restaurants in the area including a new supermarket. The centre of Nerja its array of shops, restaurants and nightlife as well as the famous ‘Balco de Europa’ is less than 2km away.

The Accommodation

The accommodation, which is constructed on three levels comprises of, on the ground floor, a sparious lounge / dining room, separate fully equipped kitchen and a toilet. Stairs from the hallway lead down to a double bedroom and a twin bedroom, sharing a family bathroom. Similarly, from the lounge, there is a staircase to the first floor where a second double bedroom and another twin bedroom can be found, sharing another family bathroom. Entertainment is provided by Satellite TV (limited channels) and a stereo system. The villa is tastefully furnished throughout and is well equipped for modern living. An ideal location for a relaxing holiday within walking distance of the beautiful Burriana beach.

Outdoors

Outside, to the front of the house, there is a spacious open terrace surrounding the 6m x 5m kidney shaped swimming pool with poolside shower. Patio furniture and a portable barbeque are provided to enjoy 'Alfresco' dining. In addition sun beds and parasols are available for relaxing in the sun by the pool. There are mature ornemental gardens to the side and rear of the villa. Off road parking is available with lockable gates.
