This superb detached villa, standing in extensive grounds, is only 2km from Calpe’s main beach, as well as the many fine restaurants and shops this popular resort has to offer. In addition there is a supermarket and restaurant within 1km of the villa. It is accessed via electrically operated gate and has rollers shutters for increased security. It's classically Spanish design makes this an ever popular villa.

The Accommodation

The accommodation comprises, on the ground floor, of an entrance hall leading to the dining area, this leads through a feature archway to the sitting room with TV and CD Music System. Both rooms have large patio doors leading out to the covered terrace. The separate well fitted kitchen is fitted with Dishwasher, microwave Oven/hob and fridge freezer and has a laundry room off. A passage from the hallway gives access to two double bedroom, one twin bedrooms, a family bathroom and a separate shower room with basin and toilet. Stairs from the hallway lead up to the first floor gallery landing where there is a further two double bedrooms and a family bathroom. Both bedrooms have balconies with lovely sea views of Calpe and the Peñon de Ifach rock. The well furnished and tastefully decorated throughout and has central heating in all rooms.

Outdoors

Patio doors from the lounge and dining room give access to a covered terrace. From here steps lead to the large sun terrace surrounded by mature gardens and lawns. The 10m x 5m swimming pool has roman steps, making it ideal for young children and the elderly. Sun beds, parasols, patio furniture, and a brick built barbeque are provided to enjoy ‘Alfresco’ dining on the patio. The villa also benefits froom a Roof Terrace and outside shower. The quiet area combined with good sea views make this is an idea location for a relaxing holiday. Off road parking is available.
