This inviting bungalow style villa is conveniently situated in a private road in the sort after residential area of Los Mojones, which is a short walk from old town harbour and the new town of Puerto del Carmen.
The Accommodation
The accommodation has been refurbished throughout in 2007 and comprises of a tastefully furnished master double bedroom with feature four-poster bed, fitted wardrobes and an en-suite bathroom with walk in shower cubical. In addition there are two light and airy twin bedrooms with fitted wardrobes (one having a pool views) and a modern family bathroom. The living dining room is comfortably furnished and has an American style kitchen off, with modern appliances. Entertainment is provided by Satellite TV (limited channels), DVD player and a Stereo system / CD Player.
Outdoors
Patio doors from the lounge give access to a covered terrace, which is complete patio furniture. There is a brick build barbeque provided for ‘Alfreco’ dining. Sun terraces surround the 7m x 4m kidney shaped swimming pool, which is gated off from the main patio area for safety. Sun beds and a parasol are provided. The villa benefits from ornamental gardens and off road parking.
