This recently constructed luxury villa, is located in the sort after resort of Puerto Calero. The centre of the resort with it’s marina, row of quality restaurants, a selection of shops, the promenade and small beach are all just a few minutes stroll away.

The Accommodation

The accommodation, which is on two levels comprises of an entrance hall leading to spacious split-level lounge / dining room with Satellite TV, Video player and Stereo system. A separate fully fitted kitchen, having all modern appliances is located behind the dining area. From the hallway there is a master double bedroom, with en-suite bathroom and two twin bedrooms all having quality fitted wardrobes, bedside tables, dressing tables with mirrors. In addition there is a superb family bathroom. All rooms have double-glazed windows and aluminium shutters. An external staircase leads down to a self-contained suit comprising of a double bedroom, a shower room, a spacious sitting room with American style fitted kitchen and a covered terrace.

Outdoors

From the front door, additional steps give access to the sun terrace surrounding the 10m x 5m heated swimming pool. A portable BBQ, plenty of patio furniture and sun beds are provided. The villa has typical mature Canary-style gardens, off road parking and wonderful views across the coastline.
