This very large luxury detached villa standing in extensive grounds is located in the sort after resort of Puerto Calero. The centre of the resort with the marina, various restaurants and shops, the promenade and the small beach are all just a few minutes walk away.

The Accommodation

The accommodation, which is all on one level, consists of an entrance hall leading to the lounge equipped with Satellite TV, Video player and Stereo system to provide entertainment. There is a separate dining room and an occasional room, ideal for board games. The fully fitted breakfast kitchen, having all modern appliances can be accessed from the hallway or dining room. A passageway leads to a covered Canaries style courtyard leading to the master double bedroom, with en-suite bathroom having a Jacuzzi / Jet-stream bath with remote function control, a separate shower cubical and marble topped vanity unit. There are three further twin bedrooms, one with an en-suite bathroom, a family bathroom and a separate W.C. All bedrooms have quality fitted wardrobes, bedside tables, dressing tables with mirrors. The villa is furnished and equipped to a high standard throughout making it ideal for our most discerning clientele.

Outdoors

Double doors from the lounge lead to the sun terrace and the 9m x 4m heated swimming pool. There is an elevated sun terrace equipped with a portable BBQ and patio furniture, enjoy ‘alfresco’ dining.. Sun beds and parasols are provided. The villa has typical mature Canary-style gardens and parking in the street.
