The old town, with many shops and fine restaurants is within easy walking distance and the main resort and fine sandy beach is about under 1km away. The old fishing port of Puerto del Carmen, close by, offers a selection of superb fish restaurants.

The Accommodation

An entrance hall leads to two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, two twin bedrooms and a family shower room. There is a large comfortable sitting room with archway to the dining room and American style fitted kitchen, with breakfast bar. The villa benefits from all modern appliances and has a Satellite TV, video recorder and a stereo system for entertainment. The villa is very comfortable, being furnished throughout to a high standard. It is ideal for a quiet and relaxing holiday.

Outdoors

Double doors from the living room lead to an open terrace, which surrounds the 8m x 4m swimming pool, with roman steps, which is heated during the winter months.. A portable BBQ and patio furniture is available to experience ‘alfresco’ dining. One of the outstanding features of the villa is a six person “Sundance” Multi Jet Hot Spa which can be found in a special, fully tiles room, accessed from the sun terrace. Comfortable sun beds, with cushions and a parasol are provided. The villa is within an enclosed plot and offers good all round privacy.
