This recently constructed luxury villa is located in the sort after resort of Puerto Calero. The centre of the resort with the marina, a row of quality restaurants, a selection of shops, the promenade and small beach are all just a few minutes stroll away. The bustling resort of Puerto del Carmen is approximately 3km away.

The Accommodation

The accommodation, which is on one level, consists of an entrance hall with double doors leading to a spacious living room with dining area. Satellite TV, Video player and a Stereo system provide entertainment. The separate fitted breakfast kitchen is equipped with all modern appliances. There is a master double bedroom, with en-suite bathroom, two twin bedrooms (all having quality fitted wardrobes, bedside tables, dressing tables with mirrors) and a very nice family bathroom. All rooms have double-glazed windows and aluminium shutters. The villa is furnished and equipped to a very high standard, making it idea for the most discerning of clients.

Outdoors

Patio doors from the lounge give access to extensive covered and open terraces that surround the 8m x 4m heated swimming pool, which benefits from roman steps. A portable BBQ, plenty of patio furniture and sun beds are provided. The villa has typical Canary-style gardens, off road parking and distant sea views across the coastline.
