This superb detached villa is located within 1.2km or about 15 minutes walk from the beautiful sandy beaches and only 600m to the shops and restaurants. With Corralejo's town centre just over 1 mile away this villa is ideally located and is also close to the new amusement park and shopping centre.

The Accommodation

The desing combines traditional Canaries design with modern building methods. The accommodation, which is approached via a lockable gate, is all on one level and consists of two sections communicated via the covered patio. From the front, double doors lead to a spacious living / dining room having quality solid wooden furniture, table and chairs for six, plus very comfortable settees. Entertainment is provided by a 26” Satellite TV, DVD player and a Hi-Fi system. The American style open plan kitchen off is fully fitted to a high standard with solid oak units, stainless steel sink, ceramic hob, electric oven, dishwasher and microwave. Various small appliances, such as a coffee grinder and toaster are also supplied. From the kitchen there is access to a covered laundry area having a washing machine, utility sink and fire extinguisher. From the patio there is a spacious glass panelled hallway leading to the master bedroom with a large double bed and patio doors to the pool area. There is a en-suite bathroom with double vanity basins, a separate shower, toilet, storage area and a full size Jacuzzi spar bath. The second bedroom has two single beds and patio doors to the pools area. Both bedrooms benefit from solid wooden fitted wardrobes and good quality furniture. In addition there is a full family bathroom within this section of the villa. The villa is of recent construction and offers good privacy and a high standard of accommodation for our discerning clientele. Outdoors

Outside on the covered patio there is a BBQ and a wooded patio furniture set, ideal for ‘Alfresco’ dining. The 7m x 4m swimming pool with roman steps is surrounded by an open sun terrace, lawns and ornament gardens. Sun beds and parasols are provided. There is a reception area, tennis courts and gymnasium for client’s use.
