This modern semi-detached villa with its own private pool is located between the dunes and the centre of Corralejo, less than 1km from the beach, shops and restaurants. The ‘Mini-tren’ stop nearby offers transport into the resort centre. Numerous shops and restaurants can be found within walking distance.

The Accommodation

The accommodation, which is on two levels comprises of a small entrance hallway leading to a comfortable, spacious lounge / dining room, a twin bedroom and a bathroom. The separate modern kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave oven, fridge freezer, electric oven and ceramic hob. A separate utility room houses the washing machine and has a drying area. Downstairs there is a shower room with toilet. Stairs from the hallway lead to the first floor landing where there is a master double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and doors to a balcony. There is also a further twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom on this level. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes. The villa is furnished and equipped to a high standard. Entertainment is provided by a Satellite TV, DVD Player and a CD/Music system.

Outdoors

Outside, double doors lead to shaded and open sun terraces that surround the 7m x 4m swimming pool. Patio furniture and a brick built Barbecue are supplied to enjoy ‘Alfresco’ dining. There is a poolside shower, with sun beds and parasols to relax by the pool. The villa offers enclosed ornamental gardens, views of the ‘Dunes de Corralejo’ and off road parking. This is an ideal location for a relaxing holiday all year round.
