This delightful, 15th century chateau in Brittany has been carefully restored and refurbished by the charming owner, a top London hotelier into a stunning chateau in Brittany with private pool and tennis court.
Great care has been taken to renovate and restore this chateau in Brittany, with enthusiastic advice from La Societe de Batiments Historiques de France. It is one of the most important Grand Manor Houses in France, which has been continually inhabited for 500 years. A documented history exists dating back to 1344!
The 100 acre estate includes a small chapel, disused but charming, a 15th century dovecote, a lake and apple orchard. It is perfect for anyone seeking privacy and peace.
A local "traiteur" can normally prepare delicious meals - suckling pig or wonderful fresh Breton lobsters and much more - you will be spoilt for choice! The lively summer resort of Audierne offers a wide choice of restaurants and cafes.
There is a wide sandy beach at St Tugen,only 1 mile from the estate.
