It has 2 spacious bedrooms, one ensuite. Both bedrooms have fully fitted wardrobes and fans. There are 2 bathrooms and the kitchen has all the mod cons you need for a self catering holiday. The lounge has satellite TV, a DVD and video player. There is a book, video and DVD library for your use. There is access from the lounge to the patio area with views of the sea and Fuerteventura and the huge communal pool which is literally a stones throw away so you can sit on your patio and watch the children in the pool with comfort. The alfresco dining area is equipped with a BBQ and there are sun loungers on the extensive patio area. The Villa is situated in La Goleta, Playa Blanca with wonderful mountain views, and a 10 minute walk to the sea. La Colina is approximately a 5 minute drive from the village of Playa Blanca with its pretty seafront promenade and selection of pavement bars and alluring fish and traditional Spanish restaurants around the harbour. It is ideal for those wanting to escape the crowds, and enjoy the tranquil surroundings. There are some magnificent coastal walks for those who like walking and there is a pavement sea front promenade that runs from close by to the Villa into Playa Blanca.
