beautiful Luxury villa with sea and mountain views close to Playa Blanca village with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Sleeps up to 8 people. The private pool is electrically heated so can be used all year round. The villa is well equipped with satellite TV and DVD player. The master suite comes with king size bed and en-suite bathroom with his and hers showers plus dressing room with its own private elevated balcony for private sun bathing or star gazing. There are two further twin bedrooms and a family bathroom. The High ceilings keep the Villa cool and electric fans are provided for your use should you need them. the kitchen is fully euqipped with fridge freezer, microwave, oven and hob. The washing machine is situated in the utility room for your use. There is a book library, games cupboard and selection of DVD's for your use so everyone is entertained. Sun loungers, tables and chairs are provided on the terrace and there is a large marble table under a covered pergola which provides welcome shade for alfresco dining. A BBQ is also supplied which is a must as the steaks and fish on the island are second to none. For the little ones there is a safety gate at the end of the alfresco dining area so you can let your children run around while you eat in peace without fear of them getting to the pool. A bed guard, cot, high chair and stair gate are provided free of charge. There are local bars/restaurants and a couple of shops and local beaches within walking distance. The villa is in quiet surroundings with mountain and views across the sea to Fuerteventura from the patio and upstairs terrace. For those who want to get away from it all but still have amenities close to hand then this is the place for you.
