Villa Lomalagi

Villa Lomalagi is a detached luxury Villa with mountain views furnished with all your home comforts. The master bedroom has a king size bed with fitted wardrobes and large doors leading onto the patio and pool area so you can roll out of bed straight onto your sun lounger. The twin room has fitted wardrobes and a window overlooking the pool area. Both bedrooms are supplied with 100% cotton linen sheets and egyptian cotton towels. There are 2 luxury marble bathrooms (one ensuite and the other with a walk in shower), The fully fitted kitchen includes: - oven, hob, fridge freezer, microwave and dishwasher. There is a washing machine in the utility room with clothes drier. The Villa has been tiled in marble throughout which creates a cool airy luxury feeling. The living room comes equipped with Satellite TV and Video, HIFI/CD player. There is a games cupboard, book library and Video library for your use. An attractive open archway spans a solid teak breakfast bar opening onto the beautifully fitted kitchen. The 8 x 4m pool is electrically heated and for your private all year round use with roman steps to gain access. There is an alfresco dining area with seating at a beautiful marble table for at least 8 people and a BBQ is supplied for your use. Also for the little ones there is a childs safety fence and gate over the open end of the alfresco dining area that can be closed so tiny feet can't wonder near the pool. The garden is planted with young palms, cactus and aloe vera. The Villa is situated in Faro Park, Playa Blanca with wonderful mountain views, and a 2 minute walk to the sea and a local row of shops with a selection of bars and restaurants. Lomalagi is approximately a 5 minute drive from the village of Playa Blanca with its pretty seafront promenade and selection of pavement bars and alluring fish and traditional Spanish restaurants around the harbour. It is ideal for those wanting to escape the crowds, and enjoy the tranquil surroundings. There are some magnificent coastal walks for those who like walking and there is a pavement sea front promenade that runs from close by to the Villa into Playa Blanca.
