Our south facing villa is situated at Km 9 on the A7207 Torrox/Competa Road. Approx 50 mins from Malaga airport. The lovely white village of Competa is only a ten minute drive away, whilst the sandy beaches of Torrox Costa and Nerja are within a 20/25mins drive. The villa is furnished to a very high standard with a full new kitchen/ diner and also new en suite bathroom. All three bedrooms have ample wardrobe space (inc hangers), linen and towels are provided for the house - but not beach towels. A travel cot is also available if required. Double beds are in main and second bedroom, whilst twin beds are in the third. There is also a family bathroom with bath/shower etc. The villa has recently been tastefully re-decorated throughout to give a clean, bright feel in keeping with the surrounding area. Terraces for you to relax on with loungers and patio furniture provided. BBQ is provided for your use incase you don't feel like venturing too far and private freestanding pool

Your holiday can be as busy or peaceful as you choose. Our villa is situated at Km 9 on the A7207, 50 mins east of Malaga Airport. The lovely white village of Competa is only a ten minute drive away whilst the sandy beaches of Torrox Costa are within 20 mins drive . The villa is furnished to a very high standard with stunning views of the surrounding valleys and mountains, it is extremely peaceful and tranquil but within a ten minute stroll of the local bar/restaurant. Only 1.5 hours away from Granada and the Sierra Nevada Mountains ideal for skiing and walking. There is also an abundance of tracks and trails from our own doorstep ranging from gentle to the more adventurous for walkers and cyclists'. Golf courses are within 15mins by car , also a large shopping centre within 15min drive. Competa is a peaceful village but does have some wonderful restaurants and bars. Taxis to Competa from the villa cost approx 12 euros. The villa itself has Sky TV a DVD and CD player.
The private pool is freestanding with child friendly features (alarm is provided for your use). When you are in the pool you have the feeling of being surrounded by countryside, hills and mountains, as when you are floating the house is not visible ......pure bliss.
Unlike other villas everything is included in the price with no added extras for cleaning etc.
We love our villa and have tried hard to make it more than just a holiday home we hope that our guests feel the same too.

Availability Notes
We are happy to accept bookings on any day and any time of the week, however if you are arriving and/or departing on the same day as other guests then there will have to be a 5 hour turnaround period for cleaning etc but this will be confirmed when booking.
