The apartment is in a very quiet area. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a south facing patio area. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting. I bought this property on Leptos Regina Gardens late in 2004 because of its ground floor location and larger than average patio area close to the beautifully landscaped pool. It is in a quiet area, near to the sea, shops and restaurants and within walking distance of the main shopping areas and nightlife. There are also good bus services to Coral Bay and the market area in old Paphos town. It is possible to have a really good holiday without the need for a rental car as most local tour companies arrange trips for those who wish to see more of this beautiful island.
