The house is in a very quiet area. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a west facing garden, a west facing patio area, a west facing balcony, panoramic views, a barbeque, a tennis court. The Campoamor Golf complex is an ideal location for the utterly peaceful choice of vacation villa. Set on a commanding hillside location with views out over the Real de Campoamor Golf Fairways, with the pool and gardens set immediately to the front of the house. Our golf complex properties are delightful dorma bungalows in a 2 bed/2 bath layout. The pool and gardens are directly in front of the house and there are extensive views (and glorious sunsets) to be enjoyed from the private rooftop solarium and terrace balcony.A fully equipped kitchen lies to the rear of the house as does a small garden and conservatory. The living area is quite large and enjoys comfortable seating , a dining table, UK TV, DVD & CD player and the little trinkets that give a home some personality. This is a very quiet location but within easy reach of excellent amenties, shops, bars and restaurants.
