Features
The villa is right beside swimming, walking, tennis, a food shop. Villa Clare is a spacious 3 bedroom house featuring AIR CONDITIONING throught has the benefit of a private patio and terrace area to the front elevation enjoying the sunshine for the whole day. Recently fully refurbished and furnished to a high standard this property certainly represents a home from home. Two bathrooms, rooftop solarium, a very well equipped kitchen. off road parking and garage, UK TV, video, music etc ÔÇô if you are not by the pool then in house comforts are all there. Two minutes walk away is the pool area which is exceptionally large and has poolside tables and chairs and a pool side bar/cafe restaurant open all year round and adjacent to the pool are several tennis courts (bring your own bats). The pool and tennis courts are set within large and well maintained gardens and lawns. Villa Clare is within a private community complex and bordered by security fences and entry/exit is only through remote control security gates. This area of the southern Costa Blanca (the Orihuela Costa) features many lovely beaches. You are only a few minutes away from the beaches of La Zenia, Cabo Roig, Campoamor, Punta Prima or Mil Palmeras ÔÇô all of which have been awarded the European Blue Flag for excellence. Each beach features kiddies play areas and a beach bar/caf+® serving cooked food, tapas and snacks ÔÇô probably the areas best beach is Cala Capitan on the Cabo Roig peninsula (easy to find with our directions). In all of the areas main urbanisations you will find excellent bars & restaurants, particularly in Flamenca Beach, Los Dolces, La Zenia, Cabo Roig and Villamartin. Although the Japanese Revenge of Karaoke is rampant on most evenings and in most bars the Irish Bars tend to lean towards considerably better live entertainment though until the early hours. Go Karts, Horse Riding, Quad Bikes, Jet Skis, massive all night discotheques ÔÇô you can have it quiet or very lively ÔÇô the choice is your. And everywhere is kid friendly. The main town of Torrevieja is around 15 minutes drive and is the principal town of the South Valencian community with excellent shopping, the massive Friday Market and enjoys a delightful seaboard of lidos for pleasant strolls, a craft market, fairground in summer and large marina offering boat excursions. Torrevieja is surrounded by two huge salt lakes which it is claimed are responsible for creating a localised climate making the entire area one of the healthiest places in Europe. The airports of El Altet (Alicante) and San Javiar (Murcia) are 45 & 20 km respectively. Benidorm, with its nightlife and the theme parks of Aqualandia, Mundomar (Sea World) and Terra Mitica are around a 90 minute drive but well worth it for the kids.Review: Submitted by the Stirling family: We enjoyed our stay and the house was clean, well equipped with obvious TLC having been put in.. It is a quiet location and great for relaxing, a real home from home and ideal for kids with the gardens to play in and the enormous pool. There are plenty of good local amenities all a short walk away, but a car is need for travelling to the beaches. All in all ÔÇô a great holiday home.
