The villa is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has a private swimming pool, a garden, a patio area, panoramic views, interesting views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting. Alamos Park is a beautiful luxurious Villa with amazing views of the mountains, golf course, Atlantic ocean and the little fishing village of Los Abrigos. It is extremely spacious and consists of a large lounge/dining room with a glass dining table and chairs to seat 8 people, a corner style settee and satellite TV. From the lounge here are two large sets of French doors leading out to the swimming pool.The fully fitted separate kitchen includes a washing machine and dishwasher along with a dining table and chairs to seat 6 people. The master bedroom with double bed has an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom with twin beds also has an ensuite shower room and the third bedroom with twin beds has a door leading to a fairly large back terrace, there is also a third bathroom and a safe. The Villa is set in its own 1,200 square metres of ground and is accessed via double high metal gates which leads onto the driveway conveniently placed for a vehicle. The extremely large scenic gardens surround the whole of the Villa and consists of many tropical trees, shrubs and flowers.The large 7.9m x 4.5m swimming pool is solar heated and there are plenty of sun loungers set around the open sun terraces along with patio garden furniture, both wrought iron and the traditional garden type giving plenty of seating around the terraces. To one end of the pool is a wooden porch for relaxing in the shade.Just a short walk away from the Villa is the Golf del Sur's main shopping centre (San Blas) where you will find nightly entertainment outside the many bars/restaurants. The centre of San Blas also has several shops including gifts/souvenirs, clothes, perfume, video hire, supermarket, chemist and even a doctors surgery. For the avid golfer there is a 27 hole golf course with club house. Ideally located, Alamos Park is just a short walk away from the course.
