It has access to a shared east facing swimming pool, a east facing garden, a east facing patio area, a east facing balcony, sea views, interesting views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting. Myrto Villa is situated in a quiet area of Tochni village, with excellent views of the surrounding hills and the see from the two elevated verandas. There is a large court yard with flowers and a swimming pool, sun beds, traditional wooden tables and chairs and lots of Cypriot handicrafts.The villa can be rented as a whole house for 9 persons, or as four separate one bedroom apartments.

The villa is 25 km from Larnaca airport. 20 km from Limassol tourist area. 3 km from Chirokitia Neolithic setlement. 5 km from Governor,s beach. 4 km from Zygi bay. Communal pool, pets are not welcome, not suitable for wheelchairs
