Situated in the sunniest part of Spain in a quiet cul-de-sac, on a gated complex our 3 bedroom villa with 8m x 4m private pool is situated beside Las Ramblas Golf Course, yet only 12 minutes drive from beautiful, sandy award winning Blue flag beaches and 5 minutes to restaurants and supermarkets. The property is set in a wonderfully peaceful location, ideally situated for that family holiday.Our 3 bedroom/2 bathroom villa has a fully equipped kitchen including fridge/freezer, microwave, a 4 ring hob/oven, washing machine, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, electric juice extractor, 3 types of coffee maker, fully equipped with crockery and all essential cooking utensils for up to 8 people (so invite your friends to drop in). There is also an iron and ironing board and drying rack to make your holiday hassle-free.The master bedroom with en-suite bathroom has patio doors to the sun terrace which overlooks the private swimming pool, garden and golf course. The en-suite bathroom boasts twin handbasins , bath/shower over, bidet and W.C.The two twin-bedded bedrooms share a family bathroom with the same facilities as the master en-suite bedroom.All bedrooms have ample wardrobe space, and ceiling fans. The lounge/dining room is located on the 1st floor to take advantage of the magnificent views over the golf course and surrounding countryside. There are terraces at each end of this room, one housing the built-in B.B.Q. a wonderful place to enjoy a meal and that much deserved glass of wine. For your enjoyment, there is a CD/radio/tape player, Colour TV, DVD player with a library of family films. For your comfort there are 2 large sofas and the dining area has seating for 8.
