The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private south facing swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, a south facing balcony, panoramic views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting. The villa is in an elevated position and can accommodate 10 persons in comfort and privacy as it has 5 double/twin bedrooms with 4 bathrooms. It is available and suitable for the following groups only - families with children (young and old) and mature renters only. Please note that we are unable to accept bookings from groups of more than 10 (that is including infants and toddlers).The spacious ground floor entrance hall provides access to 3 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms along with a fully equipped kitchen, laundry room and store room. The internal staircase takes you to the top floor. The top floor landing gives access to a further 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and leads you through to the lounge and dining area. Here you will find another fully fitted kitchen and access to the conservatory which overlooks the garden. The shopping area is a few minutes drive (or 15 min walk through a short cut) from the villa, with large supermarkets, banks, bars and excellent restaurants.
