The house is right beside swimming, walking, a restaurant. Our Villa Fletcher holiday villa in Costa Blanca is situated the Playa Flamenca area 4 miles south of the main town of Torrevieja.It is a spacious property and enjoys three bedrooms, 1 double room with Queen size bed and a balcony plus 2 twin rooms. It has two bathrooms - 1 full bathroom plus one shower room inc sink and toilet. There is a well equipped kitchen with all the requirements you need, inc. oven, microwave, toaster etc plus full utensils and accessories. There is an iron for the crease free look.The main living area is exceptionally comfortable and enjoys UK TV, DVD & CD/Radio. The living room/diner leads onto the front patio terrace and the property enjoys a roof terrace. The villa is located in a quality multi cultural residential area and has a lovely (and predominently quiet) communal pool. It is only a short walk to excellent retaurants, shops, supermarket and entertainment. The main beaches along this lovely coastline are either a staight forward 5 minutes drive away or a 20 minute stroll.This area of the southern Costa Blanca (the Orihuela Costa) features many lovely beaches. You are only a few minutes away from the beaches of La Zenia, Cabo Roig, Campoamor, Punta Prima or Mil Palmeras ÔÇô all of which have been awarded the European Blue Flag for excellence. Each beach features kiddies play areas and a beach bar/caf+® serving cooked food, tapas and snacks ÔÇô probably the areas best beach is Cala Capitan on the Cabo Roig peninsula (easy to find with our directions).In all of the areas main urbanisations you will find excellent bars & restaurants, particularily in Flamenca Beach, Los Dolces, La Zenia, Cabo Roig and Villamartin. Although the Japanese Revenge of Karaoke is rampant on most evenings and in most bars the Irish Bars tend to lean towards considerably better live entertainment though until the early hours. Go Karts, Horse Riding, Quad Bikes, Jet Skis, massive all night discotheques ÔÇô you can have it quiet or very lively ÔÇô the choice is your. And everywhere is kid friendly. The main town of Torrevieja is around 15 minutes drive and is the principal town of the South Valencian community with excellent shopping, the massive Friday Market and enjoys a delightful seaboard of lidos for pleasant strolls, a craft market, fairground in summer and large marina offering boaty excursions. Torrevieja is surrounded by two huge salt lakes which it is claimed are responsible for creating a localised climate making the entire area one of the healthiest places in Europe. The airports of El Altet (Alicante) and San Javiar (Murcia) are 45 & 20 km respectively. Benidorm, with its nightlife and the theme parks of Aqualandia, Mundomar (Sea World) and Terra Mitica are around a 90 minute drive but well worth it for the kids.
