The villa is right beside swimming, walking. Alamos Park is a beautiful luxurious Villa with a lovely private pool area, al set within well landscaped gardens.It's an extremely large villa and consists of a spacious lounge, a dining area, newly refurbished kitchen, 3 bedrooms (one with ensuite), 2 bathrooms, and a large heated pool. All of this is set within it's own private gardens and landscaped area.The villa is decorated and furnished to a high standard in a contemporary style. It has all the conveniences expected in a luxury villa such as widescreen TV(4 British channels)/DVD/CD The double sofa bed is in the lounge.The kitchen is fully equipped with hob, fan oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster and all expected cutlery and crockery. In the utility room there is a washing machine & should you really need it, there's an iron and ironing board!The main lounge itself is very large and has two treble sofas, 1 double sofa, two armchairs, sideboards, and a TV Unit with large Television (BBC1, BBC2, ITV and CH4. Patio doors lead out to the Pool area.The double bedroom has french doors opening to the patio/pool area as well as en-suite facilities including a walk-in shower. The two twin rooms share a bathroom (with an over the bath shower) and have ample wardrobe space.There is also a 3m square private patio (accessed through this bathroom - strange as it may seem!)There is another private patio accessed through the en-suiteThe Private pool area is heated and kept at a constant temperature througho t the year. Steps take you into the pool which is a uniform 5' deep. The pool area is not overlooked on any side by any other property; a perfect secluded spot! Towels for the loungers are provided free of charge.The Villa is set in its own large grounds. Landscaped gardens surround the whole of the Villa and consists of many tropical trees, shrubs and flowers.Just a short walk away from the Villa is the Golf del Sur's main shopping centre (San Blas) where you will find nightly entertainment outside the many bars/restaurants. The centre of San Blas also has several shops including gifts/souvenirs, clothes, perfume, video hire, supermarket, chemist and even a doctors surgery. For the avid golfer there is a 27 hole golf course with club house. Ideally located, Alamos Park is just a short walk away from the course.

The villa is 10 min from Tenerife South Airport airport. Private pool, pets are not welcome, not suitable for wheelchairs
