The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private south facing swimming pool, a east facing garden, a east facing patio area, panoramic views, interesting views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting. An attractive villa set in 1300 square metres, with beautiful views of the Montgo mountain and surrounding almond groves.The 10 x 5m pool has several sunbathing areas, together with shady places for when the sun is too hot. There is a large naya with table and chairs for outdoor eating, and a BBQ area with stylish garden table and seating.NEW FOR 2007 - THE NAYA HAS NOW BEEN FULLY GLAZED, SO YOU CAN ENJOY BEING 'OUTSIDE' EVEN IF THE EVENINGS TURN COOL OR WINDY. When it's hot, slide back the glass doors to make it completely open.

The villa is 90 km from Alicante or Valencia airport. 10 min from Beach, Town and Port. 1 km from Restaurant. 5 min from Golf. 45 min from Terra Mitica theme park. Private pool, pets are not welcome, not suitable for wheelchairs
