The apartment is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a balcony, sea views, panoramic views. Recently renovated and re-furbished to include new bathroom, kitchen with dishwasher and reverse air-conditioning make this apartment very comfortable.There are two balconies, meaning you can choose sun or shade all day - off the bedroom, chairs and coffee table - ideal for a bit of shade and reading in the afternoon, the balcony off the lounge has table and chairs for dining, I recommend the sunsetting over the Mar Menor whilst having fish caught just besides the apartment.Situated just above the safe sandy beach a moonlight bar-b-q is well worth the effort!The kitchen is very well equipped with full hob and cooker, fridge/freezer and dishwasher, plenty of dishes, glasses and cooking utensils and a table and chairs for 4 that extends if you really want to entertain.The lounge has large sofa and comfy rocking chair, TV with some satalite - you won't miss corrie here.
