A turret with stairs leading to a good size roof terrace with nice views of the area and nearby Villamartin golf course.Plaza Villamartin is the closest to the villa with many restaurants, pubs and bars, supermarket, newsagent and shops.There is another Plaza, 2-min drive from the villa, where there is a bakery, takeaway, restaurants, bars, newsagent and shops.At La Zenia Roundabout you can find a bigger supermarket, more restaurants and shops, takeaway, fish and chips, cafes.Torrevieja's seafront offers a lot of restaurants, tapas bars and street cafes, where you can choose from the native Spanish to Italian, French, German, Chinese, Indian, Korean, Scandinavian, Mexican cuisine.Playa La Zenia is the beach to the right of La Zenia hotel. There is a bar right on the beach and plenty of space for ball games. There is also a big restaurant with a magnificent sea view.There is a lovely bay to the left of La Zenia hotel. It is a beautiful beach with soft sand and calm waters, protected by a high cliff. There is a cafe at the top and a children's playground. Playa Flamenca is the next beach up north from La Zenia. There are interesting small cliffs and small isolated creeks. It is more open, with fine sand and has a children's play area.Playa Cabo Roig is the next beach down south from La Zenia. This beach has fine golden sand and is sheltered by a cape. There is a yacht port on its northern extreme. The beach is suitable for water sports. The restaurant at the top offers a private garden overlooking the sea.
