It is very well maintained and each floor is cleaned every day.The complex is extremely well situated for all local amenities. Opposite is a well stocked supermarket and an Irish Bar that shows all the major Sporting events by day and has some good quality live acts in the evening. At the front of the complex, and overlooking the new marina there is a picturesque sea front promenade with some typically Spanish restaurants and bars. Within 500 yards there is a good quality gym, sauna, jacuzzi and beauty salon. The main resort centre area called "San Blas" is a very pretty 10-15 minutes walk along the sea front. Here you will find a large selection of good quality bars and restaurants, many with evening entertainment, all set within 3 picturesque squares. San Blas also has Doctors, chemists, banks and some lovely boutiques for those who like a shop!The other side of "San Blas" is the Spanish fishing village of "Los Abrigos" which is reported to have some of the best fresh fish restaurants on the island.
