This well appointed villa is constructed in traditional Menorcan style and set in its own pleasant garden half way down the resort and just 800 metres from the beach.
The property is a two storey construction consisting, on the ground floor, of an attractive entrance hall and spacious and comfortable lounge/dining room with TV. Patio doors provide access to the terrace, spacious lawned garden and pool area. The kitchen and utility, with wc, is fully fitted and also includes washing machine and dishwasher. The bedroom accommodation consists on two twins, one with ensuite plus an additional bath/shower room. The first floor consists of a further two twin bedrooms which share a bathroom and a master bedroom with ensuite bathroom and private terrace.
