Casa Bonita is a luxury beachfront semi detached house south facing set within a very small mature and peaceful prestigious Pueblo Diana community with security gated access for residents and guests only and having the benefit of immaculately maintained exotic gardens with a large swimming pool at it's centre.
There is level access from our front patio into the pool and garden area & then straight out from here onto the beach area.
Air conditioning sat TV, VCR, DVD, playstation2 is provided for your enjoyment & comfort.
There are 3 terraces, the large rear upper terrace provides private sunbathing with a wooded outlook and partial Mountain View, the front upper terrace is accessed directly from the master bedroom and has pool garden & partial sea views.
There is free on street parking around the community.
There are several golf courses within easy reach, including Desert Springs
Val del Este Cabrerras Playa Macenas Marina de la Torre.
This holiday is suitable for wheelchair users having level access from the roadside into the house, garden, pool & beach areas.
You will have a Meet 'n Greet Key handover service with our English Managers who are on hand to assist with any enquiries and who will also provide your initial shopping to be at the house for your arrival upon request.

Mojacar Playa is an Unspoilt and Unique Resort with No High Rise developments permitted having 9KM of sandy beaches with the Seirra Cabreras Mountains as a backdrop and lies beneath the hillside Moorish Town of Mojacar Pueblo with it's Whitewashed houses cool courtyards and cobbled streets steeped in History. Whether it is sailing fishing golf or water sports that take your fancy or simply relaxing on an uncrowded beach or around the pool soaking up the sun you will find it and more in and around Mojacar which is renowned for it's 300 plus days of sunshine and is an All Year Resort. Restaurants abound catering for all cuisines Bars and Shops are all within easy reach. The Sierra Nevada Ski Resort and Granada with it's World Famous Alhambra Moorish Palaces are around a 2 hour drive away. There are several Golf Courses within easy reach, the nearest only a 10 minute drive away plus Playa Macenas soon, with the renowned Desert Springs Golf Club a 30 minutes drive.
