1st Choice Turkish Homes founded back in 2002, is a fully licensed Estate Agency and Construction Company situated in Altinkum, which has a dedicated English and Turkish team who can assist with the whole process of purchasing property in Turkey. We constantly aim to offer the best prices in the area and have a large selection of properties including off plan developments, completed apartments and villas and re-sale homes. We are able to offer flexible payment plans with low deposits on all of our properties.

1st Choice Turkish Homes has a building and renovation team, who can either build your house to order or renovate an existing property. We work in association with Gap Group Properties who were established in 1987. Every year we start new projects, specialising in luxury houses and villas and have completed more than 500 properties in Altinkum, Didim. Mavisehir and Akbuk areas in the west coast of Turkey.

1st Choice Turkish Homes can help you create the home of your dreams. Once you have chosen a suitable plot for your home then the plans are drawn up with the Architect under your instructions. We can show you previous villas we have built to give you an idea of the high standard of our work.
The materials used during construction are TSE (Turkish Standards Institute) registered; equivalent of British and European standards and there are 10 year building guarantees on all of our developments.
