MPM Overseas LTD was founded in 2008 in direct response to an increasing demand from our clients to offer Overseas Property as part of our Investment Portfolios being Independent Financial Advisers with over 20 Years experience we have adopted the same research standards to overseas property as we have to our Investment portfolios.

From our offices in the busy market town of Congleton, Cheshire, we maintain direct contact with our associates throughout the world. In this way we provide a single point of contact for you.

From an initial discussion, we will source potential overseas investment property locations which meet your brief and financial expectations. From this point we can become as involved as you wish us to be.

However, most investors prefer us to be involved throughout the negotiation and delivery process. Once the property has been duly handed over, we can be called upon to provide support and advice on any future legal or financial matters as they present themselves.
