Resort Development International (RDI) is an English/Romanian owned development and investment company, licensed to trade in Romania. Bringing together Western European standards of product and build quality into the Romanian property market and with extensive experience in other high growth areas of Southern Europe, satisfying the requirements of today’s demanding buyers.

RDI is in the process of planning and developing a number of projects on the Romanian Black Sea coast with further sites earmarked for development in other areas. Our client base ranges from corporate investors to the first time investor looking for an investment property and second home abroad.
