Ascent Fund Managers Limited is an independent property fund management company, incorporated in Guernsey and licensed by the Guernsey Financial Services Commission.

Ascent Fund Manager's primary aim is to facilitate the delivery of superior returns to investors while managing an acceptable exposure to risks. The management and their advisers are a team of property, investment and financial professionals, with in-depth knowledge of the commercial and residential property sectors and substantial experience of the legal, taxation and financial implications of collective investment schemes.

Ascent Fund Managers will act as the investment adviser to each of the Ascent Funds. This role will involve identifying suitable joint venture partners and overseeing the individual business operations. The investment adviser will provide advice in respect of proposed acquisitions and disposals and will report on a regular basis to the administrator on the progress of projects and generally on the performance of the underlying businesses.
