The Azur Assistance Group is an international company with offices in 7 countries around Europe. The company was set up to provide help and assist those looking to purchase a property on the Cote d'Azur, French Alpes, Paris, Tuscany, Switzerland and Canada.

Azur Assistance is a new concept in property buying, with the protection of your interests as our primary goal. We offer access to the widest selection of properties in your area of interest, through all the major estate agencies and accredited developers. Our sole interest is the satisfaction of our clients. We will appoint a knowledgeable consultant to work with you to find the property you are looking for. Each of our consultants is able to source hundreds of properties to suit all budgets and aspirations and each selection will include the best properties available at the time.

Azur Assistance is a registered estate agent and a member of the ‘Conseil Immobilier Europeen’ and S.N.P.I.

In addition to our own notaries, we are able to offer advice on banking and insurance. We also help reccomend management companies who can look after all of the day-to-day maintenance and property management requirements of your property, and who offer a variety of packages to suit all needs. If you need renovation work to be carried out, we can recommend a range of specialists.

Azur Assistance is able to help you plan viewing trips - we offer a service which includes collecting you from the airport or your hotel, and showing you suitable properties over one to five days with an average of ten properties a day in your area of interest. Most of our clients find the property they are looking for in this timescale.

If you wish to travel to Nice, Florence/Pisa, Alicante/Murcia for a day, we offer a special one day trip, picking you up from the airport on your arrival and taking you back for your return flight.

We have opened offices in the UK, Ireland, the Netherlands, Scandinavia and Luxembourg, where one of our associates can advise you in your own language.

We offer overseas clients access to a variety of financial services including mortgages, commercial exchange rates, insurance, ... . We can also help with the opening of a current account (with the paperwork and bank statements provided in English), and other banking matters should you require assistance.
