During 2005, our assets exceeded to €213 million and in 2006, reached €259 million. Key Mare rigorously complies with the law on building arrangements which is in force on all of our developments. When promoting our building programmes, we guarantee that the necessary licences and documentation have been obtained. This ensures we have fulfilled the following criteria:

- Full ownership of all plots of land

- All projects fully certified

- All municipal work licenses approved

- The financing for both the developer and the buyer, signed with solvent national financial entities

- The maximum guarantee for the amounts on account paid by our clients, which is represented by bank guarantees or sureties

- The appropriate insurance legally required for such developments
